Noriaki MASUMURA

BIOGRAPHYNoriaki MASUMURA is a graduate of Keio University (LL.B). After completing his university studies, he worked for several years in a foreign financial institution and companies listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and gained experience in financial and contract legal affairs.

Mr. Masumura was registered as a lawyer in 2007. Since then, he has worked with law firms that mainly deal with corporate law and related fields, where he has been involved in a wide range of practice areas including tax litigation, bankruptcy trustee services, and divorce and inheritance issues while focusing on corporate legal services such as inter-company litigation, mergers and acquisitions (M&As), organizational restructuring, contract drafting and review, opinion preparation, and handling shareholder meetings and board meetings.

Mr. Masumura has also practiced in the intellectual property field and engaged in several lawsuits related to copyright and trademark infringement handled by the Intellectual Property Division of the Tokyo District Court.

He is dedicated to providing prompt and courteous service to his clients based on what they need so that they can rest assured that he will handle every detail. He offers his services in Japanese and English.
