Shigeki MOCHIZUKI

BIOGRAPHYShigeki MOCHIZUKI is a graduate of Chiba University and the Chiba University Graduate School of Engineering, where he majored in electrical and electronic engineering. After completing his master’s degree, he worked at Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. and engaged in hardware and software development. He then joined Mitsui Chemicals, Inc., and was involved in the development and research of optical disks and other products as a chief researcher.
Mr. Mochizuki was registered to practice before the Japanese Patent Office in 2006. He has been working for IP law firms in Japan ever since and has gained a wide variety of experience in various fields.

PRACTICE AREASMr. Mochizuki is a certified patent attorney who specializes in affairs related to Intellectual Property rights. He has done work in the areas of prosecution, appeal and litigation related to patents particularly in the areas of control, computer software and hardware.
