Japanese Company Softbank and US Company Wellspring Announce Channel Partnership Agreement

In October Softbank Corporation, a Japanese telecommunications company and Wellspring Worldwide, a US web-based software systems provider, announced the formation of a channel partnership between the two companies.
 
Wellspring has created software products for managing intellectual property, tech scouting, and tech transfer. Softbank will distribute these programs and the hope is that this partnership with transform how companies and universities throughout the world will manage their knowledge supply chain of research partnerships, collaborative development, and IP commercialization.
